At Southern Cross Care, we're dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and compensated fairly, regardless of gender.

The recent report from Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) on gender pay gaps among 5,000 private sector employers shows our gender pay gap at just 2.5%, well below the national average of 21.7% and within WGEA’s target range.
