Our newly built cottages embrace the “household” building model, offering many benefits for older people with complex care needs through smaller, community living arrangements. 

This model is central to the building design of our Marian home, alongside our unique Model of Care and Engagement, which ensures residents’ needs are met by a range of skilled and knowledgeable staff. They include Diversional Therapists, a Yoga teacher, qualified Chef, Physiotherapist, Recreation and Engagement staff, Exercise Support staff, alongside Registered Nurses and dedicated Care Staff. 

These cottage-style homes have been thoughtfully designed based on internationally recognised dementia and enabling design principles. Our focus remains on placing resident choice at the heart of everything we do, ensuring an environment that fosters comfort, familiarity, engagement, and overall well-being.
